A classic-looking smartwatch

Huami presents his new Zepp Z as a classic watch that includes contemporary technology. It is a smartwatch with a titanium alloy body, crown with printed minutes, brown leather strap and three physical buttons.

One of the buttons is configurable, opening by default the health screen, another is the power button and in the middle it is included a classic crown, with which you can move the information displayed on the screen (which, however, is tactile).

Speaking of the screen, it is a circular panel of 1.39 inches and 454 x 454 pixel resolution, with an anti-fingerprint coating and support for Always-On mode. At the moment, Huami announces that there are about 50 ready-to-use watchfaces available on this smartwatch, through the official Zepp app.

To record sports activities, the Zepp Z has an optical sensor with which you can continuously monitor your heart rate, calculate the blood oxygen level (SpO2) and up to stress level. It recognizes 12 sports activities, has GPS and GLONASS for positioning, and can record both your naps and the quality of your sleep at night.

The Zepp Z has a microphone with which you can communicate with Alexa to interact with the phone. Even without an Internet connection, you can use the microphone to activate 58 voice commands (in English). Its 340 mAh battery has a typical duration of 15 days and charges in 2 hours using a magnetic wireless charger.
