For various reasons, Super Mario 3D All-Stars was criticized at its launch. One of them was due to the lack of options to configure the control. Luckily, Nintendo fixed it with a new update.
Nintendo announced that version 1.1.0 is now available for Super Mario 3D All-Stars. This is a patch that adds several important changes. One of the most striking is that it allows Super Mario Sunshine to be played with a GameCube controller through an adapter.
It is important to note that this option can only be used with the Nintendo Switch connected to the television. So, you won’t be able to use it on Nintendo Switch Lite.
