Who would charge about $ 21,153 in March?

While the National Social Security Administration (Anses) defines in the coming days what will be the percentage that will define an increase for retirees and pensioners, and different benefits granted by the pension agency, such as the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and the Universal Pregnancy Allowance (AUE), specialists who were consulted by BAE Business they estimated that the increase would be around 9%.

Last Friday, the Government regulated the new formula of retirement mobility, approved by Congress at the end of 2020. It did so through Decree 104/2021, which was published in the Official Gazette and was signed by Alberto Fernández, the Chief of Cabinet, Santiago Cafiero, and the Ministers of Labor, Claudio Moroni, and Economy, Martin Guzman.

With the new regulations, the national authorities explained how the calculation will be to update the assets based on this new law, through which a quarterly adjustment was established in the different benefits paid by Anses, for the months: March, June, September and December, the increase will be the result of a formula in which 50% will be applied to Anses collection and 50% to the evolution of the wages of stable workers.

Since the cancellation of the Emergency Family Income (IFE) the authorities designed different support tools to continue assisting the most vulnerable sectors.

Increase in Anses: How much would the increase in March be?

According to estimates of specialists who were consulted by BAE Business, the increase will have a floor of 8%, and will probably be place between 9% and 9.5%.

To construct an estimate of the assets that the holders of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) using an average value of 9%, the amount would be as follows:

General AUH who charged $ 3,717 would go on to receive $ 4,051.53 approximately. AUH of zone 1 that charged $ 3,866.40 would receive approximately $ 4,214.37. Universal Pregnancy Allowance (AUE) charge the same amount as AUH per zone.

50% increase in Alimentar Card

On the other hand, the Ministry of Social Development, in February, increased the amount of the Alimentar Card by 50%. In this way, it was established that for those who have a child under six years of age who agreed to $ 4,000 they will have credit $ 6,000,

And for holders with more than one child, $ 6,000 will be credited $ 9,000 for the purchase of all types of food.

That is, an AUH holder that has three children under the age of six, who receives $ 9,000 from the Alimentar Card, plus three corresponding assets per child, it would access approximately $ 21,153 in March.
