The Oylmpique de Lyon coach confessed that in the French dressing room there was a feeling of injustice due to what happened on the pitch, since they considered that due to the effort made they should have been ahead. However, the French coach highlighted the season they did.

Despite the effort and complications they put Bayern Munich through, Lyon’s Oylmpique ended up losing 3-0 in the Champions League semi-finals. Rudi García, coach of the French, assured that at half time there was a feeling of injustice.

“We should have gone ahead on the scoreboard, but they did it thanks to the individual quality of Gnabry. We went to rest with a feeling of injustice, although afterwards we did not lower our guard », explained the French coach.

Despite what he considers to be bad luck in the opening quarter of an hour, García also highlighted the work done by his managers throughout the season, especially considering that on the way to the semifinals they eliminated Juventus and Manchester City.

« In any case we can be proud of our campaign and the game we played today. Naturally I am disappointed. We were not lucky at the beginning of the game when we had two great chances, « he closed.
