It seems that comedian Trevor Noah seeks to create a new love nest in Bel-Air with his girlfriend, the beautiful actress Minka Kelly.
The South African comedian, who recently sold his Bel-Air mansion for $ 21.7 million, decided to stay in the celebrities’ favorite neighborhood and now bought a beautiful property for $ 27.5 million, to share with his new partner.
Designed by renowned architect Mark Rios, the 1,022 m² residence is located on nearly 1 acre of land on the side of the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains.
Originally the architect planned to keep the property, but eventually put it on the market for $ 29.5 million. Apparently the charismatic comedian was able to negotiate a hefty $ 2 million discount.
The house has a striking modern and simple design, all white on the outside, with large square rooms, straight lines and abundant windows to let in plenty of natural light.

The new home for the discreet couple, who have not yet publicly confirmed their relationship, has six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, spread over three floors.
Its modest front appears to be a series of stacked concrete containers, but it looks spectacular when viewed from behind.
Outside it is surrounded by lush gardens, a large terrace to enjoy the sun, a cabin with a bar, living room and outdoor kitchen, and of course the jewel of the property, an infinity pool with a dazzling view of the city and the Pacific Ocean.
Inside, the architect was inspired by Japanese aesthetics, using dark woods and adding extra thick walls to protect from the noise of the city.
General amenities include a fitness center, sauna spa, office, library, full Crestron brand smart automation system, elevator, and guest suite with game room and pool tables.
In addition, it has a party room on the roof, with a large terrace, projection room and bar to entertain visitors.
Certainly, the host of “The Daily Show” started the year in style and with plans to enjoy his new home happily as a couple.
