Tiger Woods, hospitalized after suffering injuries in a traffic accident

Tiger Woods has been involved in a serious traffic accident. The legendary 45-year-old golfer flipped his car over at 7.12 a.m. (Los Angeles time) in a collision that forced firefighters to act to get him out of his own car because of several irons that prevented him from moving. The accident, according to the first indications, was spectacular, frontal and at high speed according to the distance that the car traveled from the road to the bushes where it appeared overturned.

Doctors took Tiger Woods by ambulance as soon as firefighters released him. The golfer remains admitted to a hospital in the area because of the injuries that have occurred and his prognosis is reserved.

The accident took place at the intersection between Rolling Hills Estates and Ranchos Palos Verdes streets., very close to the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, where he was going to take part in a golf exhibition these days called the Genesis Invitational. As reported by the Los Angeles police, Woods was alone in his car when the collision occurred.
