After the Apple Watch Series 6, and the Apple Watch SE, the company has presented a new subscription service with which boost exercise and health in the Apple ecosystem: Fitness +. Training adapted to the user, monitoring from the clock, recommendations and much more.
What is missing from the native Watch applications to complete the range of sports options? Until now we had a sports following with him record of activity, training and competitions with friends, but a complete service was lacking with which to improve physical form safely and with personal trainers. And that lack is covered by the new Fitness + service, a subscription that will bring new challenges to users.
Fitness +, an experience adapted to the Apple Watch
The new subscription carries a universe of exercises adapted to the user that cover all kinds of activities. HIIT, stretching, cycling and even yoga: Fitness + offers a large number of workouts based on the user’s form. All with complete fitness tracking, video activities and the option to play the workouts on the iPhone, iPad or Apple TV to perform all the steps properly thanks to the personal trainers.
Fitness + has different trainers, each with their own style and charisma. They will all be experts in the various sports fields they represent. And there will be different levels so that everyone has space in the service: from those who have never exercised to those who want to get in shape again.
Apple Fitness + prices are $ 9.99 per month and $ 99.99 per annual payment. With the purchase of a new Apple Watch Series 6 you will get a three-month subscription. And it’s also included in the full Apple One package.
The countries launching Apple Fitness + are Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Spain is out of the launch.
