They shot a man in the face in a neighborhood dispute

A 44-year-old man was found executed by a bullet in the face in front of a house, in the Buenos Aires town of Presidente Perón. For the homicide, the police officers detained an individual who, it is said, committed the crime after a violent fight between neighbors.

The spokesmen of the judicial department of La Plata revealed to chronica.com.ar that the unfortunate victim was identified as Carlos Bogado, 44 years old.

According to what was stated by the informants, the incident occurred during the early hours of this Monday on 118th Street, between Gregorio de Laferrere and 119, where the members of the Patrol Command (CP) of President Perón, following a call to the number 911 emergency telephone number, they arrived at that place, at which time they located the deceased, who was lying bloodied and face up, in front of a home.

Thanks to the various information provided by the people of the mentioned neighborhood, the public servants arrested the murderer, called Justino, 50, of Paraguayan nationality, who was located four blocks from the scene of the murder.

In the possession of the suspect, the investigations seized a 38 Special revolver, with the mark and numbering filed, which had blood stains and would be the one that the subject used to kill the victim.

It turned out that the deceased had an accurate impact of a firearm on his face, according to the experts of the Scientific Police.

Members of the Presidente Perón police station are investigating the motives that gave rise to the fatal altercation.

Authorities from the Presidente Perón Police Station and the Security Superintendency of the Capital Region were in charge of supervising the different procedures.

He intervened in the case, which was titled « Homicide », the doctor Karina Fabiana Guyot, current prosecutor of the Functional Unit No. 2 of President Perón, dependent on the La Plata courts.
