Argentina.- A new case of animal abuse was exhibited on social networks, when a woman dragged her dog tied to her vehicle for several meters in a town of Tunuyan, in the province Argentina from Mendoza.
The events were recorded by several witnesses who asked the woman to stop the vehicle, but she ignored them as she continued to advance.
In the images you can see a black Labrador dog tied with a chain to the defense of a vehicle Peugeot 207 Gray. Unable to keep up with the speed of the car, the dog was dragged for seven blocks.
Eventually, a patrol car and other vehicles got in the way of the 43-year-old woman, who stopped and got out of the vehicle to pet the dog who wagged her tail, believed to be her pet.
The dog was panting and bleeding from its front legs and neck. The woman denied that she was abusing the dog.
The animal was examined by veterinarians who were called to the scene and determined that the dog suffered injuries to its four legs and lost blood. ‘Felipe’, as he was ‘baptized’ the dog was received in a shelter.
Meanwhile, the driver was transferred to the Police Station, the Prosecutor took custody of the dog from the woman who hurt her and was charged under the terms of the Animal Abuse Law.
