J.D. Power explained that design issues were the main culprits for car owner dissatisfaction.

Infotainment systems in cars have become part of the standard package in new cars. These new systems brought more safety and functionality to the car.

They have undoubtedly become a important selling point in vehicles these daysAlthough we will argue that they are not a deal breaker, at least not yet.

A study by J.D. Power, announced in its latest study the four cars that stand out in their corresponding segments: the Nissan Sentra, Genesis G70, Dodge Challenger and BMW X6.

The study based its ratings on responses from 87,282 2020 model year new car buyers and lessees. Respondents were surveyed after 90 days of ownership, plus the study was conducted from February to May 2020.

According to the Multimedia Quality and Satisfaction Study, the Nissan Sentra is the best performing compact vehicle in terms of quality and satisfaction with its infotainment system. The Genesis G70 leads the compact premium segment, the Dodge Challenger leads the midsize / large segment, while the BMW X6 has the best infotainment system for the mid-size / large premium segment.
