These are the 10 basic areas that are no longer confined from today in Madrid

The Community of Madrid has been recording a great improvement in its data for days thanks to the restrictive measures taken by President Isabel Díaz Ayuso without the need to close the hotel business as other autonomies have done.

One of the keys is the proliferation of antigen tests throughout the community and the plan of partial confinement by basic health areas. Precisely because of this improvement in the data, Ayuso has decided to lift the restrictions in 10 of those areas.

From 00:00 hours this Monday, the basic areas of Villaverde, Puente de Vallecas, Moratalaz, Torrejón, Parla and Guadarrama will no longer be confined to the perimeter after presenting “a marked downward trend” in the incidence of covid, but the limitations remain in 31 zones until November 22.

Normality returns to these areas:

El Espinillo, San Andrés and San Cristóbal in the district of Villaverde Rafael Alberti and Peña Prieta in the district of Puente de Vallecas Vinateros-Torito in the district of Moratalaz Brújula and Las Fronteras in Torrejón de Ardoz San Blas in Parla The Guadarrama area

In these ten areas, “a consolidated reduction of 50% or more in the cumulative incidence over fourteen days has been observed, as well as a marked downward trend” of COVID-19 infections, according to the order that the Community of Madrid published in the BOCM this Saturday.

However, due to the risk of contagions, the restrictions are maintained in 31 basic health zones (ZBS) until 00:00 hours on November 23, and may be “extended if the evolution of the epidemiological situation so requires.” Those areas that are still confined are the following:

Núñez Morgado (Chamartín) Guzmán el Bueno (Chamberí) Entrevías, Pozo del Tío Raimundo, Alcalá de Guadaíra, and Numancia (Puente de Vallecas) Daroca (Linear City) Pavones and Vandel (Moratalaz) Puerta del Ángel (Latina) Virgen de Begoña ( Fuencarral-El Pardo) Infanta Mercedes and Villaamil (Tetuán) Collado Villalba Cerro del Aire and Valle de la Oliva, in Majadahonda San Juan de la Cruz, in Pozuelo Pintores, in Parla Colmenar Viejo Norte Morata de Tajuña Doctor Tamames and Barrio del Puerto, in Coslada Galapagar Alpedrete El Boalo-Cerceda-Mataelpino Villarejo de Salvanés Colmenar de Oreja Chinchón, Villaconejos San Martín de Valdeiglesias Pelayos de la Presa Moralzarzal
