After a long time of rumors, what all Charly Peanuts fans expected is confirmed: not a third season of their favorite series but a movie by I’m your fan!

Through their social networks, the cast of this successful story confirmed that they are already filming the movie of I’m your fan. The feature film is directed by Mariana chenillo (Todo lo invisible; Paraíso) and is currently filming in Acapulco, Guerrero, by the BTF Media producer, responsible for series such as Maradona, blessed dream; Selena’s Secret; The cesar; Until I met you.

Produced by Canana Films and Canal Once, Soy tu fan became one of the most successful Mexican series in recent years. Based on the Argentine series of the same name, created by Dolores Fonzi and Constanza Novick in 2006, the story follows the adventures of Carla García, a woman who begins to face adult life and the responsibilities that this entails.

Throughout two seasons, Soy tu fan starred Ana Claudia Talancón, Martín Altomaro, Johanna Murillo, Juan Pablo Medina and the winners of Ariel Maya Zapata, Flor Edwarda Gurrola and Verónica Langer. The 26 episodes of the series were broadcast from 2010 to 2011 on the Channel Once signal. So far, it has not been confirmed whether the Soy tu fan movie will have a theatrical release or via a streaming platform.
