The 8M Commission has called “concentrations” for the next Wednesday 25 November in the “squares” and “neighborhoods” of Madrid to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Despite what happened in the infectodrome on March 8, which triggered the contagion of coronavirus in the first wave of the disease, these feminists ignore health recommendations and call for mobilization with messages of this type: “There are no restrictions for feminism”.
Under the slogan «Neighbor confined, here are your sisters», these feminists close to United We can urge «Make sexist violence visible in the streets and squares». According to the statement released by the 8M Commission, which groups 38 assemblies and groups, such entities «have coordinated to organize common but decentralized actions of different kinds, such as concentrations, manifest readings, hanging on posters and banners, performances or distributions of brochures ».

It so happens that by November 25, Madrid will maintain its general plan of anti-Covid measures in this second wave, which states that «meetings are limited to a maximum of 6 people, both in public spaces as in the private sphere, except in the case of cohabitants ». If the groups include both cohabiting and non-cohabiting people, the maximum is also 6.

The manifesto of this call for the 25-N emphasizes that «sexist violence affects us all, but in a different way depending on our social class, our migratory status, our age, if we have functional diversity, if we are racialized, gypsy, clown or trans “. Furthermore, the 8M Commission emphasizes “the criticism of patriarchal justice, the demand for the closure of the CIEs, the repeal of the immigration law and the need for feminist sexual and affective education.”
They soared 2,000%
These activists were behind the feminist strikes of 2018 and 2019 and the “feminist revolt of 2020” that only resulted in the Community of Madrid in 41 feminist demonstrations on March 8, with the virus already spread throughout the region. These concentrations brought together 136,430 people, of which 120,000 attended the main convocation in the capital. This was indicated by the Government later in a written parliamentary response to the PP group in Congress.
The Minister of Equality attended the march in the center of Madrid, Irene Montero, of Podemos, and other members of the Government such as the vice president Carmen Calvo or the holder of Territorial Policy and Public Function, Carolina Darias, in addition to Pedro Sánchez’s wife, Begoña Gomez. All of them subsequently tested positive for coronavirus.
As reported by OKDIARIO in relation to the 8-M biological bomb, the data uploaded by the Ministry of Health to the website of the National Epidemiology Center (CNE) on positives «reported aggregates by the autonomous communities »reveal that on March 23 the contagions in Madrid soared to 21,531, an increase of 2,064% compared to March 8. The time elapsed between the two dates is that of incubation of the disease, experimentation of symptoms, attendance at a health center, performance of the test and communication to official records.
In addition, as of March 8, 2020, updated data from the Carlos III Public Health Institute (ISCIII) confirm that for that day there were not 600 active cases as the Government indicated, but that there were actually more than 12,000 cases: the pandemic was twenty times higher than what was officially recognized by the Pedro Sánchez Executive.
Come dressed in black
In the posters that different groups of the 8M Commission are distributing on social networks for the call for 25N, it does not appear no reference to keep the minimum distance of health security by Covid-19. The only indications given are “come dressed in black” and “bring a light and a flower.”
