The Government presented this Friday the thick outline of the Economic and Social Council (CES) that brings together workers, businessmen and representatives of the academic and scientific system and of civil society in search of abasic sane for development and that President Alberto Fernández proposed as free from partisanship.

It aspires to be a driving force for agreements, plans and projects that unite us and commit us to a collective dream of development with inclusion « .
Within these agreements, five areas were established
Without IFE, prices, plans and food
Community care and food safety. It involves as central points the fight against hunger and extreme poverty as a federal policy of the State, the harmonization of universal transfer programs and the transformation of care plans into jobs. It will also incorporate the debate on the formation of prices for food and critical products for the quality of life, state purchases and the health situation.
Jobs and the knowledge economy
Education and Jobs of the Future. In this area, how to approach training in strategic professions as a bridge between science-production and business-unions and the link between job supply and demand. It will also have as its foundation the recently regulated Knowledge Economy law and will overcome the digital gender gap.
Taxes and credits
Productivity with social cohesion. It aims at harmonization and tax transparency for equity, strengthen the National System for the Defense of Competition, analyze the cost structure of public services, strategic investments, and user and consumer protection.
Credits and access to financing are another step for the facilitation of investments and the local capital market for development, inclusive, green, solidarity and resilient finance, industrial parks and technology poles. The shaft will also be put into the agroindustrial export leverage and knowledge services.
Energy, 5G and waterway
Integral Ecology and Sustainable Development. Involves natural resources and climate change: water, fishing and forests, territorial and population reorganization with priority in the improvement of living conditions and integration of popular neighborhoods, the just and renewable energy transition: wind, solar and hydrogen, 4G digital connectivity and 5G, Internet for inclusion, waterway, trains, ports and sustainable mobility.
Judicial reform and democracy
Innovative democracy. The last point refers to the exponential technological revolution: Judicial, Government and Diplomatic and the co-creation for new forms of democratic participation. It includes an agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies, new forms of corporate responsibility and the Observatory of Transparency in Public Works.
Also security, justice and human rights issues: Judicial Police, criminal prosecution system, traceability and digitization of justice. Cyber defense and cybersecurity as new strategic geopolitical challenges.
