Last night, Bloomberg published an article in which he claimed that Sony had reduced the production of the PlayStation 5 by 4 million units as a result of some problems. Given this, Sony came out to face and assured that the information presented is false.
In a statement sent to GamesIndustry.biz, Sony denied that the information presented in the Bloomberg report is true. So he made it clear that they haven’t changed the number of PlayStation 5 units he plans to produce.

It is worth mentioning that, at the moment, Sony has not revealed how many PlayStation 5 units it plans to produce in the following months. Thus, we cannot take for real the reports that estimate that it will produce 10 million units before April 2021.
