What do you need?
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup of sugar (measure with the same can of condensed milk)
360 ml of liquid milk (measure with the same can of condensed milk)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of rum (optional)
3 tablespoons water
How do you do it?
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except the water and sugar in the blender. Reserve.
Step 2: Make a caramel with the water and sugar. When it is ready, impregnate the walls of the container in which you will cook the cheese.
Step 3: Add the mixture from the blender, cover and cook for 2 hours in a water bath, if you do it in the oven, the time is the same at about 180 ° C.
