Finally, after several trailers and small advances, the release date of Captain Tsubasa: Rise of New Champions, the promising new game of The Super Champions for next-generation consoles, was announced today.
Bandai Namco shared a new trailer in which, in addition to previewing some aspects of the game’s gameplay, we see our childhood heroes in action. The beginning of the trailer focuses on showing the players in a national team match, but we also see later that we will be able to use the classic teams in the series, such as the Nankatsu F.C. (Niupi in these parts). The most interesting thing of all is to see the release date of Rise of New Champions: next August 28.
In addition, Bandai Namco announced that the game will feature different collection editions.
The Deluxe Edition will feature a copy of the game, a set of special uniforms in collaboration with V-Jump, a downloadable 9-character Pass, and
Season Pass Bonus (New Champion Uniform Set).
Collector’s Edition includes a physical copy of the game, V-Jump Collaboration Uniform Sets, nine downloadable content players, Season Pass Bonus (New Champion Uniform Set), a SteelBook, an exclusive Tsubasa Ozora All figure Japan Youth Master Stars (28 cm), Rainbow Lamination Collectible Cards (Tsubasa, Mitsugi, Matsuyama, and Hyuga), Art Board (310 × 265 mm), and embroidered patches.
Champion Edition includes a physical copy of the game for, a V-Jump Collaboration Uniform Set, nine players downloadable content, Season Pass Bonus (New Champion Uniform Set), SteelBook, Soccer Jersey, Trading Cards rainbow lamination (Tsubasa, Mitsugi, Matsuyama and Hyuga) and embroidered patches.
Finally, the Legends Edition includes a physical copy of the game (collaboration uniform set V-Jump), nine characters of downloadable content,
Season Pass Bonus (New Champion Uniform Set), SteelBook,
custom soccer jersey, exclusive Tsubasa Ozora All Japan Youth Master Stars figure (28cm), fully custom foosball table (Rene Pierre), rainbow lamination collectible cards (Tsubas, Mitsugi, Matsuyama and Hyuga),

The game will be released for PC, Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
