On a day like today, in two years, the Qatar 2022 World Cup will begin, a championship that will be historic since for the first time a FIFA World Cup will be held in the Middle East and the Arab world. The organization is already counting the days for that opening match, which will be played on November 21, 2022 at Al Bayt Stadium, while the final will take place on December 18 at Lusail Stadium.

Qatar has arranged everything to make it an unforgettable World Cup, and fans can enjoy their teams in the eight stadiums chosen for this historic moment. Further, supporters will have the opportunity to attend two matches a day during the group stage. The distance between stadiums will allow them to travel to follow their country’s team, as the longest distance is 75 km.

Under the motto ‘celebrate’, Qatar 2022 reminds that the World Cup is coming. There are two years to go before one of the most important and long-awaited appointments begins, and that could be the first big event to be held normally, as long as the coronavirus allows it. From the organization they boast of a championship that will be historic, for being the first in the Middle East and for the dates on which it will be held, since it will be in the middle of the season.
