Sony Playstation 5 :
This week we review the next literary adaptations that will arrive on Netflix as series or movies over the next few months and that they promise.
The platform is committed to many series and films that will have their origin in novels, short stories, comics and manga. Many of them we have had the pleasure of reading them and for that reason we would like to review the best literary adaptations coming to Netflix in the coming months.
We have had several examples during the year of notable success such as Unorthodox, Lady’s Gambit or Midas’ favorites, as well as films such as Enola Holmes, which aspires to be the first episode of a youth film saga in line with the Nancy Springer novels that also you can enjoy in its comic version by the hand of Serena Blasco.
What’s to come? In addition to the second seasons of Memories of Idhún and Valeria, which we expect already in 2021, a good handful of new adaptations, including We were songs, another adaptation of a work by Elisabet Benavent.
Before the end of the year we will enjoy the film Midnight Sky, directed by and starring George Clooney, and the eight-episode series The Disorder You Leave, with Inma Cuesta and Bárbara Lennie leading the cast.
And, as for the news, we look forward to the new version of Lupine with Omar Sy as the headliner and the serial version of “The innocent” with Mario Casas, Aura Garrido and Alexandra Jiménez under the command of Oriol Paulo.
To this we have to add two very different titles that target disparate audiences, such as Jupiter’s Legacy, which draws on the comic by Mark Millar and The Bridgertons that aspires to dazzle lovers of “period soap operas” It is endorsed by the creator of Grey’s Anatomy and the screenwriter with whom it developed its spin-off Without an appointment.
With these wickers, we already offer you a few good literary recommendations so that you can catch up before the series or movies arrive on Netflix. You already know what to ask the Kings if you have been good … Read!
