PS5 : Fall Guys is also coming to Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One this summer

Mediatonic, the studio responsible for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, has published an article on the official Xbox blog announced that its battle royale coming to Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One in summer. The title edited by Devolver Digital was exclusive to PS4 and PC until now, but with its arrival on Microsoft consoles and with the confirmation that it will also reach Nintendo Switch, the popular multiplayer arcade will make the leap to practically all current platforms.

“I’m super excited to share with you that Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is officially coming to Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One this summer,” begins the text of Joe Walsh, Lead Game Designer at Mediatonic, and continues: “Our entire team is looking forward to welcoming Xbox players (…) it is true that it has taken a long time to arrive, but we could not be happier here.” A short video in which you can see one of the beans of the game taking an Xbox controller.

A year later it is no longer exclusive to PS4 and PC

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout release on other platforms will occur one year after it was released on PS4 as a free game for PS Plus subscribers. At that moment there was an explosion of players who ran to try this fun online competitive proposal, causing the game to exceed several records in its first steps in the marketIt was one of the most watched on Twitch during its launch, it took just a couple of months to sell 10 million copies on PC alone and on PS4 it became the most downloaded game in the history of PS Plus.

Since then it has been receiving new content both in the form of costumes -one of the last is a peculiar outfit inspired by the characters of the DOOM saga- and new levels with new obstacles and tests. Currently Fall Guy: Ultimate Knockout is immersed in its season 3.5, an update that brought with it more than 40 new mixes and a new round of testing, plus new costumes and features.
