The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) requested this Tuesday the violation of the current governor of Tamaulipas, Francisco García Cabeza de Vaca.
The state president is accused by the FGR of the possible commission of the following crimes: organized crime; operation with resources of illicit origin; and equated tax fraud.
The petition for violation was sent to Moisés Ignacio Mier Velazco, president of the Political Coordination Board (Jucopo) of the Chamber of Deputies, by the Specialized Unit in Investigation of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin, Forgery or Alteration of Currency, of the FGR.
« The request in question will be ratified at 12:00 hours on February 25 of the current year, which is within the period established by law, » highlights the text received by Mier Velazco.
