Prince Harry’s Trip to England Will Be “Fleeting”

Prince Harry is heading back to England for the first time since Prince Philip’s funeral, but he has no plans to stay. The Duke of Sussex is visiting specifically for the unveiling of Princess Diana’s statue at Kensington Palace, and a source tells Us Weekly that “it’ll be a fleeting visit,” and that “he’ll be in and out.”

The reason for the short trip? Harry wants to “get back” to his family, which makes total sense! Especially since he and Meghan Markle just welcomed their daughter, Lili, on June 4.

The short trip likely means Harry won’t have a chance to spend time Prince William, and a source confirms as much, saying “while the brothers are uniting for the unveiling, sadly, they won’t get to spend much time together.”

Things have been pretty tense between William and Harry following the Sussexes’ bombshell Oprah interview, and an insider recently told The Sun that they haven’t really been in touch. and minimal exchange of text messages, ”the source said. “The relationship is still very much strained and there’s no sign yet that there will be any sort of coming together any time soon.”

Meanwhile, Prince Charles won’t even be in England when Harry arrives because he’s going to Scotland. Which … kay! A choice!
