The current Paralympic athlete world javelin record holder Héctor Cabrera is the first guest. He competed in the Rio Paralympic Games in javelin and weight. As a child he was diagnosed with ‘Stargardt Syndrome’, a disease that produces progressive visual degeneration. He has just published an illustrated story based on his life called ‘An Extraordinary Gift’. The second guest is Roberto Bosquet, known as Chef Bosquet, a cook who teaches how to eat healthy and healthy without giving up what is known as ‘fast food’, he is also a specialist in cooking without added sugar or gluten.
