Poco M3 Review :: Kimovil Blog

Despite its minimal price, this Poco M3 has 3 cameras on the rear. It also has a double led flash.

The first has a Samsung S5KGM1 ISOCELL 48Mpx sensor and f / 1.79 aperture and 0.80 µm pixel size. It is a widely used sensor for many phone models.

The second is a Macro camera with a 2Mpx Hynix HI-259 sensor, with a 1.75μm pixel size and a focal aperture of f / 2.4.

And the third has a 2Mpx Omnivision OV02B10 depth sensor, with 1.75μm, pixel size and with a focal aperture of f / 2.4.

The camera app is practical just like other Xiaomi devices. It has autofocus, digital image stabilization, face detection, HDR filter, panoramic photo option, automatic and professional mode …

It also has artificial intelligence (AI) in the camera to detect objects and optimize photos.

The camera selfie has an Omnivision OV8856 8MP sensor with a focal aperture of f / 2.05 and 1.12μm pixel size.

Here are the photographs that I have been able to take during a week of use: See the photos.

As for the video camera, the main sensor allows us to record at FullHD at 30fps and has a digital image stabilizer. This terminal does not allow recording at 60fps.

Slow-motion video does so at 120fps.

It is a device with a simple camera, which in my point of view should have improved the main camera and saving the macro lens, and the depth lens. These two lenses are rarely used.

From my point of view the photos are good although I think it lacks a little touch of color. The night photos are quite good and especially when using the night mode.

The video recording with light is not bad, but with lack of light I did not like it.
