Since the launch of Overwatch, Blizzard has constantly expanded the story of its characters through various entertainment material. One of these means is comics and a few hours ago one more debuted, focused on Tracer and to celebrate it with fans Blizzard prepared an in-game challenge.

Yesterday, Blizzard released Tracer – London Calls You, a new comic that tells more about the story of this game heroine, specifically in her younger years. This comic is the product of a collaboration with Dark Horse Comics, it is written by Mariko Tamaki and illustrated by Babs Tarr. The first installment is now available and you can read it or even download the PDF for free on the official Overwatch website. Other deliveries are expected to be available on a monthly basis.

You can get several free Tracer items in Overwatch

To commemorate this milestone, Blizzard today launched the Tracer Comic Challenge event and, as with previous challenges, it includes plenty of free content that can be unlocked through play. The event will be available until September 28.

In order to win the content offered by this challenge, it will be necessary to play Overwatch and win games. Specifically, you will need to be victorious in 3 games to get the Tracer Comic Player Icon. If you manage to win in 6 games, you will unlock the Tracer Cítame spray, and with 9 wins you will get the maximum reward Tracer Comic Design, which presents the heroine with leggings whose print is inspired by the Tracer comic – London calls you, apart from her Armor has onomatopoeia with bold colors.

But that’s not all, there will also be rewards that can be unlocked by watching Twitch content related to the game. To do this, you must first link your Twitch account with that of Blizzard, and once that is done, the hours will count to get fantastic sprays. In total there are 6 designs with special sound effects and to win them all it will be necessary to watch 12 hours of gameplay.

We leave you with a promotional trailer.
