During years, Nintendo has fought a war against piracy that seems to have no end. Since the beginning of Switch, the Big N has been hunting down all those who illegally sell or distribute content for its latest console, and according to the company, “we are talking about an international problem that is growing.”

Recently, Nintendo of America sued an Amazon seller under the name of Le Hoang Minh for selling a product that allowed hackers to Switch and as a consequence, run pirate games on the console. And yes, it is obviously not the first time that the Big N sues someone for a similar case.

It was here that Nintendo pointed to piracy as a serious problem of international stature, detailing how various people have access to tools that allow them to violate the software of the Switch. The company is asking Minh to stop selling these types of products, in addition to seeking compensation of $ 2,500 for each of the accusations.
