The sport, little by little, begins to come back in New York City, the most affected in the United States by the pandemic of the new coronavirus with almost 30 thousand dead of the total of almost 100 thousand that have already been counted all over the country. According to the governor of the State of New York, Andrew Cuomo, the professional teams are already authorized to return to its facilities.
“Starting today (Sunday), athletes from all professional sports leagues in New York will be able to resume training. I believe that sports will be able to resume their activity as long as the stadiums or gyms are not full,” said the governor in a press conference.
