Netflix begins filming ‘Welcome to Eden’ with Lola Rodríguez, Amaia Salamanca, Berta Vázquez and Ana Mena

In November 2020 it was announced that Netflix was working on ‘Welcome to Eden’, the series that could become the successor to ‘La Casa de Papel’. A few months later, The platform has communicated that filming begins this last week of February from his new original series, which is produced by Brutal Media.

The fiction has been created and written by Joaquín Górriz (‘Disappeared’) and Guillermo López (« Trapped ») and will feature 8 episodes directed by Daniel Benmayor (Xtremo) and Menna Fité (‘Merlí’). It is planned that production lasts for several months and will tour different locations from Spain like Barcelona or Lanzarote.
