DOTA: Dragon’s Blood: Teaser is released | Netflix
Netflix has announced a new anime series based on « DOTA », the popular game online multiplayer battle arena (MOBA) from Valve.

The anime series, titled « DOTA: Dragon’s Blood », will feature eight episodes according to a report from Deadline. The series will follow the story of Davion, a Dragon Knight. During the course of his journey, Davion is supposed to meet the noble Princess Mirana and the mighty Ancient Eldwurm, according to Deadline. The series will premiere on March 25 exclusively on Netflix.
The series is being made in collaboration with Valve. It has also been confirmed that the show will be produced by Ashley edward miller, best known for her work on « X-Men: First Class » and « Thor. »
« DOTA: Dragon’s Blood » is being encouraged by Studio Mir from South Korea, who worked on popular animated series like « The Legend of Korra ». Miller also shared in Twitter that the production process took two years and a half, and that she « I couldn’t be more proud of this program, my team and my @ StudioMir2010 collaborators. »

« DOTA: Dragon’s Blood » is the last game that Netflix has adapted to a series. The streaming giant recently announced in January that Tomb Raider is similarly adapting to an animated series.
