Shinoda has also released « Happy Endings » through an NFT auction. [fichas no fungibles], giving fans a chance to bid to win an original print of the single’s artwork signed by Shinoda and contemporary artist Cain Caser.
Proceeds from the auction will go to the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, California.
Last month Shinoda announced his #ShinodaProduceMe initiative, asking fans to submit their own tracks for a chance for the musician to produce them.
Explaining the idea behind the gesture, Shinoda said: « By 2021, I wanted to find a way to give back to my amazing online community. I am looking for vocalists, rappers and songwriters who need help getting to the next level.
« If I find someone great, I will produce their song, live, on my Twitch channel. There is no formal contest, just an intention. The fans on Twitch will help me find the right vocalists. »
