Microsoft Store leaks new release date for Far Cry 6

As you know, Far Cry 6 it was originally going to reach the current and past generation next February. However, due to the effects of the pandemic, Ubisoft found it necessary to delay the game to some unspecified point in the following fiscal year. Now, the Microsoft Store has revealed the new release date of the title.

According to this digital store, the wait will not be that long, because Far Cry 6 would arrive on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S, Google Stadia and PC on May 25, 2021. In this way, the launch of this title would have lasted only three months.

At the moment there is no official information from Ubisoft, but with The Game Awards in a couple of weeks, it is possible that the French company will reveal more information about Far Cry 6 in the near future. This date could obviously change, but the Microsoft Store has a history of revealing release dates a little bit ahead of games.
