In 2016, at the start of her relationship with Prince Harry, Meghan Markle was photographed with a piece of jewelry, adorned with the initials “M” and “H”. The actress then received a phone call, advising her not to wear the necklace in question, for the image of her boyfriend.

A new book is making a splash in the british royal family. Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, two experts in royalty, will release on August 11 Finding Freedom, an explosive book dedicated to the departure of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from the family of the Queen of England. In their book, specialists reveal that in December 2016, at the start of her relationship with Prince Harry, Meghan Markle had been forbidden to wear jewelry by Buckingham Palace.

At the time, the young American woman who was still an actress had been photographed several times with a necklace very dear to her heart: a necklace adorned with the letters “M“and”H. This pretty jewel which cost the sum of 300 dollars, is composed of a 14 karat gold chain. On many occasions the young woman had been seen with, and even several times in the company of her boyfriend Prince Harry, as People reported.

Meghan Markle “frustrated and emotional”

Only this famous jewel, the palace itself did not like him much. One day, Meghan Markle received a phone call from a Kensington Palace adviser, who allegedly asked her to no longer wear this kind of jewelry in public, as that would only encourage the press to talk about her and Prince Harry. “She was told that wearing this kind of necklace would only serve to encourage photographers to keep looking for new images and titles.“, reveals the book. On the phone, Meghan Markle would have said only a few words, hit by the phone call.”After hanging up she felt frustrated and emotional“, add the writers in their book.” Although she knew the counselor had good intentions, the surreal experience of having someone from her boyfriend’s office tell him what kind of jewelry to wear was too much for her “, it is then written.” Lost “, Meghan Markle would then have confided his despair to a friend.
