Marvel’s Spider-Man already exceeds 20 million units sold

Marvel’s Spider-Man is one of the most popular games on the PS4. Since its launch in 2018, the title has won the hearts – and wallets – of millions of people. Now, with a remastering now available on PS5, The number of copies that this experience has managed to sell in two years has been revealed.

Recently, David Bull, PlayStation’s Global Marketing Director, revealed on his LinkedIn profile that Marvel’s Spider-Man has sold more than 20 million units. The last official figure that was shared was in August 2019, when the purchase of Insomniac Games by Sony was announced, and it was commented that the game had already surpassed 13.2 million copies worldwide. This means that in just over a year almost seven million more games were sold.
