Food always comforts us and allows endorphins in our brains to proliferate when a culinary preparation is palatable.
Fast, simple and economical, a dish that can never be missing from your table.
This recipe provides a couple of very important things, a delicious taste and a pocket-friendly option.
What do you need?
2 juicy oranges
How do you do it?
Step 1: In a frying pan place a splash of oil and, when it is very hot, add the chops, lower the heat and cook until they are well cooked. If your choice is smoked chops, cooking will be shorter than traditional pork chops.
Step 2: When they are ready, remove from the heat and reserve. At the bottom of the pan you will see that part of the caramelized fat from the cutlet has been left, you will take advantage of it to make the sauce. Add the juice of the oranges and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3: If you want you can add a little garlic to enhance the flavors, preferably place a little processed garlic (paste). After 5 minutes of cooking the sauce, add the chops again, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with a salad and a loose white rice and you will have a homemade meal, comforting and delicious.
