Quoted by the Venezuelan state of Television, Maduro said that « in ALBA no one is orphaned » in the face of the pandemic and assured that the joint work of the regional bloc to preserve the health of the peoples will continue to strengthen.

In addition, Maduro explained that they talked about « the work route for new alliances and cooperation agreements between our peoples. »

The meeting was attended by the Venezuelan vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Venezuelan deputy and first lady, Cilia Flores.
