The program, which will air from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm, follows the ‘news home’ model adopted by the channel, with presenters, commentators and guests interacting from their homes, virtually, during the new coronavirus pandemic.

The former Portuguese athlete, who retired from lawns in 2009, served in major European clubs such as Sporting, Barcelona and Real Madrid. With the merengue shirt, he was part of the eternal team like “Los Galácticos”, which enchanted the world of football. After this great phase, the ace had a stint at Inter Milan, where he hung up his boots.

During his career, he scored 173 goals in 789 matches with the shirts of the four clubs he played for. For the Portuguese team, he played 127 matches and scored 32 goals. Among the important titles, the ace won the UEFA Champions League in 2001-02 and the La Ligas of the 2000-01 and 2002-03 seasons, with the shirt of Real.

In addition to several career titles, such as four Italian Championships for Inter Milan, a UEFA Super Cup and two King’s Cups for Barcelona, ​​among other achievements in his victorious career, Figo had individual recognitions in football.

He received the Golden Ball award in 2000, the title of Best Player in the World by FIFA in 2001 and, in 2004, was included by Pelé in the FIFA 100 list.
