Fortnite: Battle Royale has a ton of customization items and there is no doubt that some of the most popular are its dances. Apparently, Epic Games knows this very well and this is why everything indicates that the company will soon implement a popular TikTok dance in its store.

What happens is that HYPEX, renowned dataminer of Fortnite: Battle Royale, found information that makes you think that there will be a Renegade emote in the Fortnite item store. Based on what you know, this gesture for the Battle Royale will be available from June 18.

At the moment, HYPEX has not revealed what time Renegade will be available in the Fortnite: Battle Royale store. Nor has it advanced what its price will be, although it is expected to cost between 200 and 800 PaVos, as well as other gestures that have arrived at the Battle Royale.

It is important to note that this information has not been confirmed by Epic Games. So there is a possibility that there will be some change in the plans and that Renegade will not arrive in the next few days as planned.

What is Renegade?

In case you don’t know, Renegade is a dance that has been popular on TikTok since last year. This dance step turns out to be so popular that videos about it add up to millions of reproductions and there are even tutorials that teach you how to dance it.

The dance was created by Jalaiah Harmon, an American girl who made the now viral moves with KCAMP’s lottery song. Interestingly, the dance did not have its origins on TikTok, since Harmon published it on Funimate and later re-uploaded it to Instagram.

At the moment it is unknown if Harmon will receive any kind of credit or remuneration for the use of his dance in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

And you, what do you think about the arrival of this gesture? Do you think we’ll see more TikTok dances in the Battle Royale store? Tell us in the comments.
