The Mexican tacos They are one of those dishes that has already become part of world gastronomy. They are delicious and quite practical to prepare, and you can vary the filling with almost anything.

But this time we will prepare Mexican tacos of minced beef. So if you are a lover of Mexican food, take a pencil and paper.


500 g minced beef
1 small onion
1 fresh green chili
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) of dried chili
1 tablespoon of oregano
Olive oil
The juice of 1/2 lime
8-1o corn tortillas

Preparation of the filling

Chop the onion, chili, coriander and garlic separately and set aside.
In a satin, heat 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil and fry with the oregano, cumin and dried chili. About two minutes is fine or until you start to smell it.
Add the garlic and chili and fry 2 or 3 more minutes.
Pour the minced meat, as you prefer, salt and stir, and let cook until the meat is cooked, this will take about 10 minutes.
Turn off the stove and add the chopped coriander and lime juice and stir.

At your service

Heat the tortillas in the oven for 1 or 2 minutes or you can also brown them a little on the stove if you want them to be crispy. Fill with the meat and serve bringing to the table some ingredients to accompany separately, so that each diner prepares his taco as he prefers.
