This recipe is increasingly popular in Latin American households, since despite being a preparation of Asian origin, the ingredients used are very common and you probably already have it at home.


Two chicken breasts
4 tablespoons soy sauce
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Half a cup of white wine
One teaspoon of ginger powder
A cup of cornstarch
A garlic clove


To start we must chop the breasts into medium pieces, then we proceed to prepare the marinade, for this we add in a container the crushed garlic, wine, ginger, soy sauce and mix well, then we submerge our chicken inside and take it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes hermetically sealed with plastic wrap.

Then, on a separate set, add the cornstarch along with the pepper and salt, then preheat our oil to a temperature of 170 ° C, then coat the chicken in the cornstarch and fry until it gets a crisp, golden appearance.
