The league, players union, and 2K have partnered to produce an NBA 2K20 tournament. It will air on the ESPN and ESPN2 television networks, starting on Friday.

The NBA 2K20 Players Tournament will run through April 11, according to a statement, and will begin airing on ESPN on Friday with a half-hour preview at 7 p.m. Eastern time.

The tournament will run on ESPN until 8:30 p.m. And then he’s scheduled to transition to ESPN2 until 11:30 p.m.

A total of 16 NBA players will compete, including forward Kevin Durant (Brooklyn), point guard Trae Young (Atlanta), center Hassan Whiteside (Portland), and shooting guards Donovan Mitchell (Utah) and Devin Booker (Phoenix), among others.

The winner will receive $ 100,000 to donate to a charity in support of the coronavirus relief efforts.

Players were ranked based on their NBA 2K20 player rating, with Durant, a total of 96 in the game, as leader and number one.

Players who were tied for the overall standings were ranked based on their stay in the league.

The participants are: Kevin Durant, from the Brooklyn Nets (96); Trae Young of the Atlanta Hawks (90); Hassan Whiteside of the Portland Trail Blazers (87); Donovan Mitchell, Utah Jazz (87), and Devin Booker, of the Phoenix Suns (86).

Also participating are center Andre Drummond (Cleveland, 85), shooting guard Zach LaVine (Chicago, 85), center Montrezl Harrell (Los Angeles Clippers, 85), Lithuanian power forward Domantas Sabonis (Indiana, 85) and Bahamian center. Deandre Ayton (Poenix, 85).

Other participants include power forward Michael Porter Jr (Denver, 81), Japanese forward Rui Hachimura (Washington, 79), point guard Patrick Beverley (Los Angeles Clippers, 78), forward Harrison Barnes (Sacramento, 78) and forward Derrick Jones Jr. (Miami, 78).

The calendar starts on Friday, April 3, and will continue on Sunday, April 5.

The quarterfinal stage will take place on Tuesday, April 7, while the semifinals and finals on Saturday, April 11.
