The Brit will interpret to UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a new Sky series chronicling Britain’s confused response to the COVID-19 crisis. Titled ‘This Sceptred Isle‘, the miniseries will show how Johnson and his administration coped with the first wave of the pandemic and promises to tell « the stories behind some of the most devastating events that have ever occurred in the UK. »
Fiction, which also will cover the impact of the virus and the response of the medical communitywill be based on first-hand testimony from members of the government, the Department of Health, the Emergency Scientific Advisory Group, and hospital and nursing home workers across the country.
