130 grams of flour with yeast

75 grams of chopped dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to about 180º C. Flour and butter the mold you choose for the cake. Chop the nuts and chocolate.
In a saucepan mix the flour with the baking powder and the pinch of salt. In a large pot beat the sugars (and vanilla essence if you want to use it) with the eggs until blanched.
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the Coca Cola and cocoa over a low heat, continuing to stir and just enough time for it to dissolve; once dissolved remove it from the heat.
Pour half of the flour mixture over the eggs and the melted butter mixture. Add the rest of the flour, stirring well until there is a smooth paste without lumps.
Finally, incorporate the nuts and the chopped chocolate. Pour into the mold and put in the preheated oven at about 180ºC for about 20 minutes or more.
Coverage: In a saucepan melt the butter with the chocolate and the Coca Cola at low temperature, until it has a smooth texture. Add the icing sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Let it warm until it has enough consistency to cover easily.
Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
