Looking to the future
The ‘Subject to Change’ project is part of the general agreement that Abrams has with WarnerMedia, which it signed with the aim of growing the HBO Max catalog. The result of that same agreement is the project announced a few days ago consisting of a possible series starring Constantine, the DC Comics character, darker and more diverse also for the service.
But the producer’s list of series in development on the platform is much longer and includes the crime drama ‘Duster’, a spin-off of « The Shining » titled ‘Overlook’ and a still untitled series that will be part of DC’s « Justice League Dark » universe. Also, I would currently be writing ‘Demimonde’ for HBO.
