The Borussia Dortmund striker won the Golden Boy, a trophy for the best player under 21. The French Eduardo Camavinga is in the Top 5.
As every year, the Italian newspaper Tuttosport named the best player under 21 of the season in Europe. For this special year 2020, it is Erling Haaland which was acclaimed. The Norwegian striker, who succeeds the Portuguese nugget Joao Félix, will receive his trophy in Turin on December 14.
Fati and Davies complete the podium
The 20-year-old striker, who has scored 33 goals in 34 appearances since January 18, topped the table quite clearly with 302 points. He is ahead of the Barcelona Ansu fati (239 points) and the Bavarian Alphonso Davies (226 points), which completed the podium, while his partner at BvB Jadon Sancho takes 4th place (80 points).
Camavinga and David represent the L1
The first French in this ranking is unsurprisingly the Rennais Eduardo Camavinga (50 points), who took 5th place. However, he is not the only representative of Ligue 1 among the 20 finalists, since the neo-Lille Jonathan david (1 point) ranks him in 15th position.
