Juan Francisco and Yoanner Negrín were chosen as the most outstanding players in the first installment of the Star Player of the Week program.
Francisco, of the Giants of Cibao and Negrín, of the Cibaeñas Eagles. received the highest number of votes in their different categories by the jury of the program made up of sportswriters from all over the country.
