FC Nantes players naked for a good cause

FC Nantes players have agreed to drop shorts and shirts to illustrate a calendar whose profits will go to the Telethon coffers.

We knew the Gods of the Stadium, and these rugby players baring themselves for the needs of a calendar; the FCN Canaries have decided to get started too. For a good cause. A dozen club players took the plunge in front of a goal to fill the months of a calendar printed in 1000 copies and sold for the benefit of the next Telethon (December 4 and 5). Less than 15 euros on the official website of FC Nantes especially.

“It’s an idea born in our offices, dixit Mehdy Bahloul, FCN merchandising manager, surveyed by Le Parisien. I met a photographer from Nantes, a follower of the “positive Body”, a practice aimed at enhancing the body without retouching. The idea was the suggested nudity. Then we went to explain the concept to the players. “

Invested players

Like Marcus Coco, the latter were quite receptive, sensitive to this charitable action: “When the club proposed to us to make this calendar, it was obvious that we had to get started. It is not an exercise that we are used to doing but the photographer reassured us and put us at ease. With the current crisis, it is complicated for the various causes to find funds, so if by giving a little of our time we can participate in helping families and researchers it is essential. “
