For the double chin

1.- A kiss to the ceiling

This exercise is very simple and super easy, you just have to stand up and stretch your arms on each side. Extend your neck up and raise your arms as high as you can, as if trying to kiss the ceiling. Hold this position with your chin up for 5 seconds and return to the starting position.

2.- Smile backwards

To perform this facial exercise, you need to keep your face relaxed. Stretch your neck trying to make an inverted smile. You will notice that the neck and chin muscles contract, try to maintain this position for 30 seconds. Repeat that exercise four more times.

Exercises for crow’s feet

1.- Eyebrows up

If you want to erase those horrible marks from the contour of your eyes, this facial exercise is the ideal to achieve it, how? Raise your eyebrows as high as you can. Close your eyes suddenly, repeat this movement five more times. It is important that you relax your muscles when your eyelids are closed.

2.- Massage the contour of your eyes

To hide the fine lines that form around the eyes, it is recommended to massage the contour of the eyes with your index fingers. Start from the inside towards the sides with slight pressure.

3.- V-fingers

With the fingers of both form the letter « V ». Place your fingers on both sides of the eyes, pressing gently. The index finger should stretch the skin only a few inches outward. Hold this position for 10 seconds, repeat this exercise six times. Relax your muscles to finish.
