Ewan McGregor has nothing but words of admiration for the Star Wars universe, a question that was made evident by his statements about the prequel trilogy, which, in recent years, have been subject to a kind of reassessment. Therefore, the interpreter reflects on its impact.

As part of a talk with Empire (via MovieWeb), the Scotsman, who played the Jedi master between 1999 and 2005, assured that, looking back at things, he feels astonished by the impact that the contemporary vision of George Lucas for his space opera. Said this:

« Our films were not very popular when they came out, [sobre todo] for my generation, who loved the former. I think people wanted to feel the way they felt when they saw those movies as children and George wanted to take ours in a different direction, he had a different idea. «
