The Local Police of Marbella (Malaga) carried out the eviction of a party last Saturday night held in an urbanization in the center of San Pedro Alcántara, in which 40 influencers participated and in which different activities such as ‘paintball’ or ‘balconing’ were developed, all of them without the appropriate anticovid measures.
Party, promoted by a company dedicated to the organization of events, was scheduled to take place over four days, from November 12 to 16, and that it will feature music celebrities such as Omar Montes, according to information from the Malaga Hoy newspaper.
The agents highlighted the absence of sanitary measures in the celebration, which brought together almost fifty people, no safety distances or masks. As confirmed by municipal sources, the Local Police raised 23 minutes with proposed sanction.
The same sources have pointed out to Europa Press that the town is located in an urbanization in the center of San Pedro Alcántara and that the patrol of the Local Police appeared at the place at about 9:15 p.m., proceeding to identify the attendees and vacate the house.
Between the identified persons, who came from different provinces, was the promoter of the party, they have indicated, pointing out that the 23 minutes -one of the attendees was a minor- were raised when the participants were without a mask, dancing and without respecting social distance.
These minutes with a proposed sanction will be sent by the Marbella Local Police to the Junta de Andalucía, which is the one that will establish whether there is a penalty and the amount thereof, as stated by municipal sources.
On social networks, videos are still being watched showing some of the attendees jumping into a pool “as part of a kind of balconing contest », dancing on the terrace or playing paintball.
