EMUI 11 will be available only for these 14 cell phones in the coming months

The supposed complete list of cell phones that will receive their update to EMUI 11 by Huawei during the next four months is filtered.

Huawei It has been through difficult times in recent months. But luckily, everything points to better days coming soon for them and their user community.

However, in all that oppressive trance one of the most notable factors that always kept on the rise was its mobile operating system EMUI.

Each update brought with it the reaffirmation that it is one of the best layers of Android available, and the version 11 is no exception.

That is why the Huawei community is eager to know whether or not its model will receive the long-awaited update. And here we have what seems, now, the definitive answer.

These 14 cell phones that would jump to EMUI 11

The people of HuaweiBlog, a European site obsessed with leaking information regarding this manufacturer, claims that the company would have revealed the list of 14 models that EMUI 11 would reach by, at the latest, March 2021.

This means that the update for the operating system will be released over the next few months.

So it would not happen simultaneously for all cell phones. Without further delay, this is the list:

Huawei P40
The Huawei P40 Pro
Huawei P40 Pro +
The Mate 30 Pro
Huawei Mate Xs
Huawei P30
The P30 Pro
Huawei P30 Pro New Edition
The Mate 20 X
The Mate 20 X 5G
Huawei Mate 20 Pro
The Mate 20
The 20 RS Porsche Design
Huawei nova 5T

Unfortunately there are two circumstances to consider derived from this list. On the one hand, if the model is not among those indicated above then EMUI 11 would never reach the smartphone.

This includes some famous people like P40 Lite, Mate 30, Mate 30 Lite, P40 Lite 5G, P40 Lite E, P30 Lite and P30 Lite New Edition.

At the same time, it is necessary to indicate that the website that made all this public cites that the manufacturer confirmed everything, but there is no specific source.

The detail with HarmonyOS

At the same time, it would be prudent to consider that the company has stated its plans to migrate to its own HarmonyOS system.

The list of models that could make the leap to that new platform has already been launched and practically all of those on the list are there, along with many excluded and not contemplated for EMUI 11.

This migration includes practically all recent Honor models. As well as the Mate 40 in all its variants, the Mate X, the P40, the Mate 30, the Nova 8, the Nova 7 and 6, the P30 and even the Mate 20 family among others.

In other words, it is very possible that the transition to EMUI 11 will be more than temporary if the firm has decided to completely adopt Harmony OS.
